Cozy apartment with excellent location, in one of the central districts of Porto Alegre, with easy access to all the main points of the city. Located on one of the main avenues of the capital, there's market of all kinds within walking distance: supermarkets, pharmacies, retail stores, gyms, hospital, etc. The apartment, with a super wide balcony, has everything needed for a comfortable stay for guests.
I am always available to assist guests with whatever is necessary for an excellent stay. I know the city well and can recommend good places to walk, eat, have a few drinks, etc. I'm a Civil Engineer and I manage this apartment in the same building I live, that's why I'm available for any eventuality.
The neighbourhood is located in a central area of Porto Alegre. The building is situated on one of the main Avenues of the city and offers plenty of options for supermarkets, drugstores, retail stores, gyms, etc nearby. Going anywhere in the city from Azenha is super easy, either through public transportation or by car.
