Cozy and recently renovated farm in Atibaia, 1h from SP, 100Mb wi-fi with great signal throughout the house, 5 rooms that accommodate up to 12 guests. Gourmet area with barbecue, wood-fired pizza oven, outdoor support kitchen, facing the pool with waterfall and views of the valley. 10km from the center, in a very green and safe area with caretaker. Less than 1km from the house there are shops such as bakeries and others. Your little pet is welcome, please let us know his coming :). The whole land is about 2,350 square meters and the whole house built has around 250m2. The house is all walled and barred, your pets are safe. The entrance gate is automatic. It has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 3 suites. We only offer pillows, guests must bring bed and bath linen. The voltage is 110V and the showers are electric. There are 4 covered car spaces and 5 discoveries. The caretaker cleans the pool daily and is available for emergency situations. The house has easy access for wheelchair users, with ramps. Next to the house are the Nagumo Atibaia and Convém Atibaia Supermarkets, accept orders for delivery delivery. There are no fans in the rooms, only the two large ones in the gourmet area. *Important: - Visits are not allowed. - It will be necessary to send a photo of all guests' documents. - We do not provide firewood or charcoal. You can find it in the neighborhood markets. - Our daily rate considers the variable costs (water, electricity, energy, laundry, etc.) of the property and is therefore proportional to the number of guests. If you want to include more guests after confirming the reservation (within the limit accommodated in the property), a fee may be charged for additional guests. - Parties, events and noise between 10pm and 9am are strictly prohibited and subject to a high fine and immediate cancellation of the reservation. By booking this property you agree to this in case of a fine.

-We do not provide bed linen and towels, only pillows. -There are dogs on the property. They are tame, do not bark, live well with other dogs and are in the area of the caretaker's house, isolated and without access to the social area. -The caretaker lives on the same land, in an area separate from the social area. - This is not a party place and we are very restrict regarding loud noises. In case of loud noises a fee will de applied and the reservation will be canceled immediately.
