When making the reservation, we will proceed with requesting information from all guests and a rental contract will be drawn up. After confirming the contract, entry authorization will be sent to the condominium. In the morning on the day of your arrival, we will send you all the necessary information to ensure you have a great stay! When arriving at the condominium at the established time, it will be necessary to present EVERYONE's document at the entrance to be allowed entry. We send them the data requested in our form in advance. Our call center will contact you shortly after booking to make itself available for any needs you may have.
