Book Santos reserves the right to charge a security deposit, payable via PIX within a designated period, even after confirmation of the reservation by Booking Important information for your arrival and departure from the apartment: 📍After the reservation is confirmed: • We request the data of all guests via a form. • After verification, a rental agreement will be drawn up. • After confirmation of the contract, the entry authorization is sent to the condominium. • On the morning of your arrival, you will receive all the instructions for a smooth stay. 📍Check-in: • From 3:00 PM onwards, please arrive at the reception (open 24 hours). • Documents for all guests are mandatory upon arrival. • Send the documents at least 1 day in advance. • For same-day reservations: send at least 2 hours in advance. • Entry authorization is sent by 9 PM — if you will arrive after that time, the documents must be sent beforehand. 📍Check-out: • Must be done by 11:00 AM. • Simply inform the host at the time of departure — no need to wait for anyone. 📍Early check-in: • Check availability with the host. • If available, the previous day must be blocked at half the daily rate (prepayment required). • For check-in before 6:00 AM on the day of check-in, an additional day's stay is required. 📍Late check-out: • Check availability with the host. • If available, the following day will be blocked at half the daily rate (prepayment required). • For check-out after 11:00 PM, an additional day's stay will be required.
