Our Casa na Praia is a 3-storey townhouse, less than 100 meters from Praia Deserta, has a gourmet balcony with barbecue, and a wonderful view of Ilhabela, São Sebastiãodo bay, Ubatuba and Caraguatatuba! As it is located in the upscale and residential Praia Deserta neighborhood, our house is privileged with great tranquility and security. The neighbors are families of local residents, very friendly. The house is fully furnished with sofa, armchairs, benches, TV, beds, tables and chairs, in addition to the kitchen complete with household utensils, stove, refrigerator, appliances, pans, vases, glasses, cutlery, crockery, among others. Everything well maintained and very clean. Our gormet balcony, which is accessed directly from the living room, and has a large barbecue with knives and skewers, with a stunning view of the valley, the surrounding mountains, São Sebastião bay, and the cities of Ubatuba, Caraguatatuba and Ilhabela. Close to the house, approximately 300 meters away, you will find supermarkets, bars, snack bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies, hospitals, gas stations, and much more. São Sebastião city center (downtown) is located at 3 km away. IMPORTANT: The last lower floor (basement) is undergoing improvements, and is not accessible to guests. As my guest, I will always be available if you need me. At check-in, guests can choose to do their own self-check-in by removing the keys from a small 'key holder' safe on the property, so they can arrive at any time of the night. You can also choose for me to take the keys and show you around. I do not make any type of personal contact except when handing over the keys. I am always available by phone to help with any questions you may have, give tips or information you need. Also if you want information about tourist sites or local details, you can always call me. Whether you come to São Sebastião and rent my property or not, I wish you a great stay with lots of fun.

The house is located in a residential neighborhood, very quiet and safe, and considered noble. The surrounding area is entirely wooded, with fruit trees and mountains, and the nearest beach is less than 100 meters away! Praia Deserta is a beach with little movement, and has a green flag from Cetesb (Environmental Company of the State of São Paulo). Near the house (approx. 500 m) you will find markets, pharmacies, bakeries, gas stations, supermarkets, restaurants and other beautiful beaches. For your convenience you can also count on the 'delivery' service. You can order pizzas, snacks, snacks, restaurant food and much more, all delivered to you at home. But if you want something more, like bars, live music, and seaside sidewalks for family walks, you should go a little further, as they are about 1000 meters away! For those who like it, or want a bit of excitement, the beach promenade and the bars along the waterfront are a great option, both day and night.
