Hello! Thank you for taking the time to look at our project! Our residence has been going through generations for more than 5 decades and we have always valued the presence of love as a conscious decision. A quiet little house by the sea, we practice a balanced lifestyle integrated with nature. The vegan breakfast is included in the experience and we have an external support kitchen that can be made available to heat some foods or simple preparations. For a complete experience, therapeutic facilitations can be booked separately, covering yoga, massages, among other techniques carried out within a meditative and holistic approach. Our kitchen opens for dinner with artisanal vegan cuisine, after booking we send details about how the dinner will operate, with prices and availability. We live in one part of the house, our feline family is made up of 4 cats (Ágata, Judá, Luna and Pedro) and a little dog (Bud), however your privacy is maintained

For more than 50 years, our house and the people who lived here have cultivated the energy of fraternization. I, Daniel, together with my partner Inês, represent the third generation to care for this space, which we consider sacred. I grew up here, I watched my grandfather and then my father as dedicated hosts from a young age. After a long period in Bahia and on the coast of São Paulo, managing and conducting experiences in accommodation, vegan gastronomy and self-knowledge work, the idea of ​​transforming Ipioca's hospitality into a business emerged. In 2022 I returned to Maceió and Casa Prema was founded, but it only became complete with the arrival of Inês in 2023, after years of working with therapeutic facilitations in several states in Brazil. Today we are a small nucleus, dedicated to sharing new perspectives on living life. This is our main intention, to open our home temporarily to welcome people in a fraternal way, just as we welcome friends and family. Our suggestion is to leave everyday worries out there, freeing up space to listen and celebrate existence!

Welcome to Ipioca! This name comes from indigenous origin and means "house on the ground". We are in the last neighborhood of the city, just 20 km from Maceió. The beach is magnificent and peaceful, only on weekends does it tend to get busier, in recent years it has become an important tourist spot in Maceió. You can count on some bars and restaurants just a few meters away, as well as a pharmacy, markets and shopping mall just a few kilometers away. We have free parking inside the house and access is easy for Uber and taxi. If you need a bus, there are also stops just a few meters away.
