Welcome to enjoy a spectacular Brazilian dream villa with ocean view, built and designed using natural materials and carefully selected local designs. The house also posesses a fantastic garden designed and composed by one of the region's most accomplished landscape architects. A variety of fruit trees, flowers and tropical trees make a unique framing for the house and makes an excellent place to see hummingbirds, lizards and monkeys. The house is also suited for digital nomades, equipped with 600Mbps fibre and state of the art network products in the house. PLEASE OBSERVE THAT THE HOUSE LACKS AIR CONDITIONING. This is a decision based on the ambition to keep the house as natural and environmental friendly as possible. All bedrooms have powerful ceiling fans, and the area is also very breezy. THE HOUSE IS 2 KM FROM CENTRAL PIPA, so, if you don't like to walk a car is recommended. Praia do Amor is 2 km away, Praia do Centro is 2 km away, Praia das Minas 700 metres away through the mata or 1 km by car. Remaining beaches are at car or minibus distance. PLEASE OBSERVE THAT THE HOUSE HAS MANY STAIRS, AN ELEVATED TERRACE AND SLIPPERY FLOORS, therefore small children must be looked after at all times.

We are the owners - Susann and Gabriel, a Sweden based couple with origins in Sweden, Finland, Uruguay and Colombia. After 20 years as house owners in Pipa we know this small community very well and are happy to share.
