In the heart of Pitangueiras, we are 100m from the beach and the mall, market next door, smart fit gym, craft fair, ice cream parlor, beauty salon, restaurants, pharmacies, beach tennis and several other shops to be explored on foot. Renovated and cozy flat of 70m2 with sea view balcony and 02 covered parking spaces at no additional cost, it is well decorated, complete American type kitchen and equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fan in the rooms, ready to receive couples, friends and family, with all the comfort and convenience of a flat service in a complete and maintained condominium. Daily cleaning service and beach service (chairs and umbrellas) included and at no additional cost.
What makes my space unique and inviting? Spacious, airy, with integrated spaces and a beautiful sea view! A curiosity about me? I love receiving well! If I made a book from my biography, the title would be... "Life is what you make of it"! That's why traveling and having good experiences is very important to me!
