We offer a family atmosphere/Beach Office in an oceanfront condominium so you can make the most of your stay. The Apartment is located in a very nice neighborhood of Praia Grande, quiet and clean. In addition to a wonderful view of the immensity of the sea. We hope you enjoy your trip and that this is just the first of the great adventures that you will live, because we believe that better than buying things or accumulating goods, the experiences we live are what make us great and make us who we are!
We are a couple of travelers that, in our travels around the world, we accumulate experiences and great memories. And nothing better than staying in an apartment where you feel at home, right? Our goal with Porto 1003 is for you to enjoy great moments that will not only stay in your memory, but in your heart.
Jardim Real is a neighborhood for those who seek peace but at the same time do not give up having shops, fairs, pharmacies and all the infrastructure you need. It is next to the Caiçara neighborhood and close to Mongaguá. The condominium is in front of the beach, so you won't need to waste time and energy with locomotion.
