Stunning 6-Bedroom House in Quintas de Sauípe – Ideal for Families! Beautifully decorated house with 6 air-conditioned bedrooms and 1 service room, comfortably accommodating up to 13 guests – perfect for large families or groups of friends! Each bedroom has wardrobes, Smart TV (in 4 bedrooms), and a private bathroom. Four bedrooms are on the upper floor, and two on the ground floor in the annex bungalow, located right in front of the pool with easy access for wheelchair users or guests with reduced mobility. The living area features a large comfortable sofa, 60” Smart TV, Nespresso coffee machine, sound system, dining area, and a guest bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a water filter, 5-burner stove, oven, Air fryer, microwave, and essential utensils. The outdoor area is exceptional: Gourmet space with a large table, two fridge/freezers, beer fridge, dual-zone wine cooler (32 bottles), ice machine, barbecue, TV, and cozy lounge. Huge pool with wet deck, pool poufs, sun loungers, parasol, and garden. Large garden with playground, hammock area, and a lounge space with sofas and outdoor fireplace to enjoy the evening outdoors. Notes: Bed linen and towels provided. Free Wi-Fi. Exclusive parking for 6 cars. Pets allowed on request. Water and electricity consumption charged separately.
