We've been in the vacation rental market for over seven years, architects specializing in interiors, I decorated mine, I'm Brazilian and one of my passions is getting to know other countries. Thinking about it, prepare my spaces for people who like practicality and comfort, what I feel is that everyone is at home!! I love people. The apartment is located in the Old and Historical Center of São Paulo, 100 meters from the REPÚBLICA SUBWAY station, so you can get around anywhere in the city. If you prefer to use your car, don't worry, the building's parking is secure. FACILITIES: We have an equipped kitchen, for the preparation of quick meals, cutlery, plates, glasses, glasses, coffee maker, as well as WiFi. SMART TV, bedroom with queen size bed and split air conditioning. A sofa bed to suit two people, suits 04 to four adults. COMMON AREAS: The leisure area has a swimming pool for adults and children, a pool table, as well as washing machines and dryers for common use, (PAY TO USE) TOURIST INFORMATION FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT THE REGION: OLD CENTER OF SÃO PAULO: We are close to the Municipal Market, local food and lots of history, Rua José Paulino traditional for its clothes sold all over the country, the “25 de Março”, a shopping street that is always crowded, to haggle over a wide variety of products. Among the beautiful buildings in the area, there is the Post Office Building, the Luz Station, the Pagé Gallery, the Pátio do Colégio and the famous “Tea Viaduct”
