The apartment is very well located. The facilities are very comfortable and clean, everything is very tidy. Private suite with exclusive vintage pink bathroom, green balcony with hammock, space for remote work and premium location on the corner of Augusta Street, 100 meters from Paulista and Consolação subway station. 500Mega Wi-Fi.
I'm a graphic designer (www.douglassa.ml), I work from home. I sleep in the living room and use another bathroom. I love culture, coffee, and a good chat.
The neighborhood is an eclectic center of culture (museums, cinemas, cultural center, theaters), shopping (malls, craft fairs, magazines and stores) as well as transport and all kinds of services 24 hours a day.
