Please note, guests must present the confirmation voucher upon check-in. Reservations must contain the guests first and last name. To check in, it is necessary to fill out the main data of the property's form, which is: full name, CPF (passport in case of foreigners), ID number, full address and telephone.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Triple or quadruple rooms are accommodated with a 90-centimeter extra bed.

Please note that, from 06/02/2023 to 06/03/2023, the reception/lobby and restaurant areas are under renovations to serve you better. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.
