Maximum occupancy per room is 4 guests INCLUDING children. If booking 4 adults plus 1 or more children, TWO or more rooms are required. Children 11 years and younger stay for free with paying adults. Children ages 12-17 pay $50 per nights plus daily housekeeping gratuities.

The credit or debit card used to make the reservation must be presented upon check-in at the hotel.

Upon check-in, a credit card guarantee or cash deposit of USD 250 per room per day will be held for incidental charges. Upon check-out, guests are required to settle any outstanding charges in full using a credit card, travelers’ checks or US dollars.

Mandatory Gratuity of $US 6.00 for Studios Per person, Per night; $US 18.00 for One-Bedroom Suites Per person, Per night; $US 24.00 for Two-Bedroom Suites Per person, Per night." Please be advised that effective immediately, washers and dryers are no longer available for guest use within 1 or 2 bedroom suites at The Reef Atlantis. Reef guests have complimentary access to laundry facilities on the second floor of that resort.

Deposit and Cancellation Policies Refundable Rates

• 100 percent of the first two nights plus applicable taxes and resort levies will be charged at time of booking.

• If canceled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

• If canceled or modified later, 100 percent of the first two nights plus applicable taxes and resort levies will be charged.

• In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation plus applicable taxes and resort levies will be charged.

• Early departures will incur a penalty equal to the full-length stay at the reserved room rate.

• Total price of the reservation plus applicable taxes and resort levies will be charged at time of booking.

• If canceled more than one day after booking, 100 percent of the room cost plus applicable taxes and resort levies will be charged.

• In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation plus applicable taxes and resort levies will be charged.
