With private beachfront just across the road, your own dock, and a spacious deck perfect for enjoying tropical cocktails, you’ll have plenty of room to unwind and soak up the sunshine. Lounge in the hammock beneath the palapa as gentle sea breezes lull you to sleep, or cast a line right off the dock and try your luck at catching fresh Snapper and other local favorites. When you’re ready to refuel, the well-equipped kitchen—complete with a gas range, coffee maker, blender, large fridge, and plenty of utensils—makes preparing the day’s catch a breeze. The open layout of the kitchen, dining, and living areas creates a welcoming atmosphere for easy conversation and entertaining. Gather for games at the large dining table for six or relax on the sofa for a movie night as the sun sets. When it’s time to turn in, all four bedrooms are conveniently located on one level, making it simple for everyone to settle in for a restful night. This home offers excellent access to the area’s natural attractions, along with great shopping and restaurants in the nearby villages throughout Maya Beach and the Placencia Peninsula. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 18 years of age to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
