HOT TUB RULES: -hours of operation 8 am - 10 pm a night and for registered guests only - Please read more of our hot tub rules in our house manual If glass or debris is found in the hot tub, a 500 CAD drain & clean fee NOTE: - The AC system is available for your comfort during the summer months but is unavailable during the cooler months. - The patio and backyard have been winterized for the winter season and are currently unavailable until the spring season. - During the winter season, snow is removed within 24 hours after the snowfall has ended. - No smoking of any kind. A CAD 500+ tax fee applies if any evidence is found. - No Outdoor Footwear Inside the House - Our homes include essentials for about 7 days; guests on longer stays may need to purchase additional supplies.
