Comfortable, quiet and family friendly apartments in Bowness with nearby grocery stores (walking/driving), lots of parks, and easy access in and out of the City. One main floor (Upper Floor in Half Duplex) and two basement suites (Lower floor of in Half Duplex) equipped with all the main necessities. Open concept areas, ideal for unwinding after a day exploring the city, mountains or working. Guests have private access to the entire place. Interaction is low, but either my mom or I can be contacted through the app or by text. If my mom is around she will pop in to say hi and check in on you to make sure you are comfortable from time to time.
We are a small family run STR business. Anthony manages online listing and day to day communications, Jemma - Anthony's mom, lives in one of the units and helps greet guests and ensure they're comfortable. Andrew helps with maintenance and technology troubleshooting. We take pride in making sure everyone enjoys their stay, whether they are visiting family, checking out the mountains, attending winter sport competitions or moving to the city. Every type of guest is welcome! We look forward to hosting you.
The place is located on the western side of the city, minutes drive away from: HWY1 – Excellent access to the mountains (<5min) Canada Olympic Park (<5min) Downtown Calgary (15min) Major Grocery retailers (5min) Market Mall (<15min) Alberta Children's Hospital (15min) Bowness Park (<10min) Recommend driving/renting a vehicle, but public transport is available nearby as well (<5min walk)
