Welcome to: Coastal Creative Garden Studio. Fully renovated in 2023, this unique backyard studio offers a garden view and is just 2 minutes away from the golf course and beach. Enjoy the professionally cleaned space with designer décor, high-end appliances, and quartz countertops. The kitchenette is equipped with an induction hot plate, Nespresso Virtuo, electric tea kettle, 4-in-1 microwave/air fryer/toaster/convection oven, and an island with bar seating. The bathroom features a luxury rainfall shower, heated floor, front-load washer/dryer, and Saltspring Soapworks products. For a comfortable sleep, there's a queen-size Murphy bed and a queen-size pullout couch with hospitality-grade sheets and duvet. The sleeping area is equipped with blackout blinds covering all windows and skylights. Relax in the living room with a 50” Roku Smart TV for your favorite streaming apps, a Bluetooth soundbar, electric fireplace, and air conditioning. The space is naturally lit by large windows and skylights. Plus, free parking is available, making this an ideal retreat that's not a basement suite or condo.

Our street is a 10 minute bike ride away from the Galloping Goose Trail, which extends all the way from downtown Victoria to Sooke. 2 parking spaces are available on the driveway, with more free street parking available.
