Main floor: -Fully equipped functional kitchen -Open-concept living room and dining room Second Floor: -Spacious master bedroom equipped with brand new king-sized bed and a baby crib if you need it! -Full master bathroom with private bathroom attached. -Two additional bedrooms: one equipped with a king-sized bed and one equipped with a queen-sized bed -Full ensuite bathroom Lower Floor: -Laundry room (Laundry room is a common area that shared with another tenant who lives in a separate unit.) Basement Level: -Two more cozy bedrooms in the basement with a private bathroom. Parking: Two driveway parking spots are available. Guests enter the house through main entrance next to garage to the facilities listed above. However, the host resides in a unit located at the back of the house between the first floor and the basement level with a separate entrance. The door from laundry room(common area) to the first floor can be locked from the inside, and the door to the basement is equipped with a combination lock. Rest assured, the host does not have access to our guest’s private areas. We prioritize our guests’ privacy and safety above all.
