Identification Requirement Prior to check-in, all guests staying at the property must provide valid government-issued photo identification that matches the name(s) on the reservation. Only guests listed on and approved through the reservation are permitted to access or occupy the property. Occupancy & Visitors The total number of occupants may not exceed the number stated on the reservation. Unregistered guests or visitors are not permitted at any time unless explicitly approved in writing by management. Security & Monitoring The property is equipped with exterior security cameras located in common and public areas only, installed for the safety and protection of guests, residents, and the property. These cameras do not monitor interior living spaces and are operated in compliance with applicable privacy laws. Violation & Enforcement Any illegal activity, false identification, or presence of unauthorized or unregistered occupants constitutes a material violation of the House Rules and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund, removal from the property, and reporting to the booking platform.
