Property is a single detached family house. It has 3 levels (Basement, main floor and upper floor). 1) Clients stay in the lower floor (walkout to grade) apartment. 2) Entrance to the basement is located to the right of the main house (when facing the house from the road). 3) The basement opens up to a huge lawn that you can used for your exercise. 4) You will be given an access code prior to arrival.
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This space is a lower floor apartment that provides an escape to unmatched luxury. The apartment is just 3 minutes drive to the Queen Elizabeth highway (Deerfoot Trail), 15 minutes drive to the Calgary International Airport and 25 minutes drive to downtown Calgary.
Very quire neighborhood with a 2 km walk trail/bicycle trail at the back alley. Conveniently located to major stores like Walmart, Save On Food etc. Nearby fast food outlets like Tim Horton and Mac-Donald.
