Had a great breakfast that typically western style. Had fruits yogurt even self-made waffle which is fresh. Room was very spacious , cozy and warm . Turn on heat which was very quiet and amenities good. 9:00pm check in had no problems even welcomed.

Staff went above and beyond providing us a space for our group to hangout. Front desk also provided the kids with crayons and pictures to color and she even bought popcorn for the kids out of her own pocket!

We had a great stay! Location is good, right off the highway and close to a couple places for dinner/shopping, quick 20 min drive to downtown Ottawa. The facility was very clean, pool was great for the kids and we appreciated the open space for a couple parents getting together. The breakfast was great! Lots of options for everyone including make your own waffles which was a hit with the kids. Would 100% reccomend.

The room was very clean and I certainly appreciated that. Also, I was happy to find the bathroom was of the same standard of cleanliness with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. The bed linen also was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only negative I had was that the bed was extremely high and I am a person of short stature. I had to use the computer chair to climb up onto the bed. No big deal but a small footstool provided would have been very helpful. The breakfast provided was excellent, I wasn't expecting a fully cooked breakfast so it was a pleasant surprise but being a sleepy head I barely left enough time to eat but I did enjoy everything. I would definitely stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites again. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The place looks brand new, very nice modern room, one of the best quality/price I've seen! Breakfast is good, all the facilities are modern as well (fitness room), the pool is okay, couldn't find anything wrong with that place, we will return for sure!

The main seating area for breakfast was perfect for our large family with kids from ages 0-14. We can for the breakfast buffet and the pool. We were not disappointed! The breakfast consisted of muffins, yogurt, juices, potatoes, sausages and hot eggs, toast, oatmeal, waffles, fruit and hard boiled eggs. So many options I must be forgetting some! Coffee and tea were available all day.

New hotel, spacious and spotlessly clean room, professional and quick check-in/friendly staff. It's very nice that you can get tea/hot water in the lobby even late in the evening, and of course there is hot water/a coffee machine in the room. Overall a very nice and convenient stay, thank you!
