New House (Built in 2024). It is near Beaches, Parks, Malls, Shops, restaurants, Trails, Banks, Colleges, and Universities. 5 Guests can stay easily. Two bedrooms. 2 queen beds and 1 daybed. 1 bedroom is on the ground floor. The other one is on the 2nd floor open concept. 30-minute drive to Downtown Toronto. 5 minutes to walk for the buses & shops, restaurants. 12-minute drive to Toronto Zoo. 10-minute drive to Highway 401. 24/7 recording camera only OUTSIDE front door. Fully equipped Kitchen stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, cookware and dishes. FULL WASHROOM UHD TV. Netflix, Disney, Prime — You get your own parking spot in front of the house for 1 car OR SUV, — The backyard garden is fully fenced and shared with the owner's family. — Large garbage and recycle bins are at the end of the driveway. — Ecobee smart thermostat premium for heating and cooling. — 10 minutes walk to closest Guildwood go station. — Scarborough town centre is just 15 minutes drive. — Canada Wonderland is a 40-minute drive. — Scarborough Bluff Park is just 15 minutes drive. — In a 10 km radius so many different beaches, parks and trails. Property RULES must be followed. Guest must submit a copy of Government official ID to host after booking, if not then the guest must give a valid reason for this. — NO SMOKING in the house, FINE in thousands. — If the Guest throws up / Vomits in the house on beds, furniture, or couch then an extra cleaning fee will be charged . — No any parties. ( Reason: This is a family neighbourhood area) — Don't rearrange furniture in the house. — No any illegal drugs weapons or fireworks allowed at property. — No shoes within the house. There is shoe storage right next to the door. — Keep noise to a minimum between 10pm to 7am. — PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. — Home is not to invite others to the home as it will be considered as hosting a party.
