This centrally located property offers clean, cozy, quality comfort at an affordable price. 5-20 minutes walk from all of Montreal great festivals. Montreal best restaurants, bars and clubs, spas, salons, boutiques, and grocery stores are just outside your door.

Plateau Mont-Royal, is also nicknamed “La Nouvelle France” or “Le Petit Paris”, it is the heart of French-speaking Montreal, some of the city's most popular restaurants are here, it is a borough with an international reputation, more and more visitors who’d like something other than the sights of old Montreal are coming to Plateau to discover this “one of the most creative neighborhoods in North America”, “one of the hippest, prettiest and overall most fun areas of the city”. “There are plenty of festivals and special events to take part in on Plateau Mont-Royal and not just in the warmer months, but in fact year-round.
