Brand new 1,100 sq ft. basement unit in a safe and quiet neighborhood. No need to share with others. Walking distance to Peace Arch Park, World Renowned The Hills at Portal Golf Club and USA Border. Drive 8 minutes to White Rock Beach. Drive 12 minutes to Softball City and Ice Arenas. Drive 18 minutes to Crescent Beach. Drive 32 minutes to YVR, BLI, or YVR Airport. Drive 40 minutes to Vancouver Downtown. Drive 1.5 hours to Seattle Premium Outlet. Drive 2 hours to SEA Airport.
