A very clean, safe & comfortable 1-bedroom basement apartment; Recently renovated. Kitchen, Washroom and living room is also private to you. Quiet street; Lovely bedrooms; Spacious bathroom; Open concept kitchen & living room. Parking spot in the driveway. Big window with lots of sunlight to the bedroom and living area. Full fridge with a freezer, an air-fryer and a cooktop for your meal preparations.

We live on the upper floor. can reach us any time
Backing to Rouge River Park. There are Beautiful walking trails in the Rouge park just within 15min walk. Toronto Zoo is 10min drive our location. A very peaceful quite neighborhood. We would gladly assist you with any information.
There is a public transit bus stop right in front of the house (but operates only during weekdays) which will take you directly to Pickering Go station that could take the train to Down Town Toronto.
