Beautiful, 2 story home. 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, queen sofa bed. (Can sleep up to 10). Organic duvets, cotton bedding, all new mattresses, black out blinds in bedrooms. 75” tv in basement, PS5 with two controllers. 55” tv in main bedroom. Record player that can be hooked up to blue tooth. Organic shampoo/conditioner/body wash.
Beautiful quite neighborhood. You drive up with little ligts on the trees down the street, very cute playground and walking trail at the end of the street. Close to River Bend golf course and Canyon ski hill. 3 min drive from Starbucks, grocery store, gas station, gym, restaurants, spa. 10 minutes from downtown Red Deer.
