The 3-room apartment (2 bedrooms) has 75 square meters of living space. The southerly-facing apartment was partially renovated in 2019. Thanks to the cosy interior wood furnishings, the apartment provides a wonderful indoor climate. Immediately after entering, you enter the pleasantly designed living room with a sofa. The kitchen and dining area are in the same room. The new kitchen is well equipped. In addition to all useful kitchen utensils, the equipment includes a refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, glass-ceramic stovetop and coffee machine (Nespresso). There are 2 separate bedrooms. One bedroom can accommodate 2 people in a comfortable new box spring bed (180x200cm). In the second bedroom there is a bunk bed for 2 people (2 x 90x200cm). A babybed and high chair can be provided on request. The bathroom has also been newly renovated and features a wonderful large shower, sink and toilet. Pets are welcome.
