Property information

An elegant, contemporary apartment with stunning views of Lake Lugano, which sleeps up to 4 people. Less than 10 minutes from the centre of Lugano, it makes a great base to explore the lake and surrounding mountains. On the second floor (with lift), the apartment has a shaded balcony, off the main living area, which offers wonderful views over the lake. -A damage deposit of CHF 400 is required for under 21 years old group. - Attention Parking is outside in front of the building and available on request before arrival at CHF 8/Day. The parking place indicated with a number will be communicated to the guest. We need his number plate and the model of the car to reserve.
