Rustic with some touches of luxury, this 3 bedroom apartment on the ground floor area of a genuine Swiss Chalet offers a relaxing stay for business and families alike. Perfect location to visit Geneva, Lausanne, wine regions, ski resorts, hiking trails, biking and more. Amazing views of Mont Blanc and Lake Geneva (Lac Leman) can be enjoyed from the main bedroom, living room and private garden. Expanded living offered via a private terrace with dining and BBQ facilities, as well as a large shared front garden and shared play areas which include a swing, a slide and ball games for children of various ages. The front garden directly inline with the build is 100% private during your stay! Free parking is available on site. Please note, pets are welcome for 20chf per pet per stay, but we do require that pets are declared before booking to avoid refusal. Damage caused by pets is chargeable. Pets must not use the property gardens for a toilet, there are lots of local walking spots immediately around the property.

A quiet Swiss village offering a very tranquil stay amazing views, walks and cycling. With good links via Arzier Station and the NStCM train line to Genolier Clinique, L'Asse for Paléo Festival and onto Nyon, where UEFA Headquarters and Caribana Festival are. At Nyon Station there are SBB CFF FFS onward connections to Geneva Airport and Palexpo. As well as Geneva Cornavin for Central Geneva, WHO, WTO etc. From Nyon you can get the train to Lausanne and even Montreux Jazz Festival and the Christmas Market. By car travel times are from the following; Nyon 17', Geneva Airport 27' mins, Palexpo 27', Geneva 34', Lausanne 36', Montreux 55' Walking routes for every need, cycling routes, cross country skiing and the Franco-Swiss Dôle-Tuffes mountain range (1,160 m/1,678 m) brings together the slopes and ski lifts of the French Tuffes mountains and the Swiss La Dôle range, which you can ski between. During the winter skiing is only a few minutes drive away, with family and beginner places of Basse Ruche and St Cergue only 8 minutes away, and for an amazing family day's skiing there is Balancier only 20 minutes drive, with a hire shop right next to the ski lifts.
