This studio is located on the 1st floor of Chesa Rosatsch. One can enjoy a breathtaking view of the forests and the surrounding mountains, from both inside the studio, as well as from the balcony, which is undeniably the perfect place to enjoy a late afternoon apperitivo with your close friends and family. The Studio offers a spacious fully-equipped kitchen, a dining/living room and a bedroom which are all together in an open plan design space. The separate bathroom has a bath tub too. The spacious studio makes it suitable for couples or a single person. Other Features - Wifi, Cable TV - Outside parking space for one vehicle - Ski cellar - Elevator - Access to the building’s sauna and the indoor swimming pool !!! In the period of 1st of October until the 10th of December 2021, it could lead to an increase noise due to the possibility of apartments' renovations in the building!!!
