The chalet-style residential complex "I dr Rehwiesa" is located above the Obersee near Maraner Strasse. The bus stop "Seehalde" is located in the immediate vicinity of the complex or you can reach the village at Obersee and the railway station in a few minutes by foot.
Within the large 1.5-room apartment, you can spend your winter vacations with a comfortable double bed, a bathroom with bathtub, as well as a combined cooking, dining and living area. The apartment showcases simple alpine decor and a comfortable furnishing. Prefect for couples or a small family.
The Arosa golf course is located only a few bus stops away. In winter, the official ski home piste runs by the house and you can explore the cross-country ski slope too.
