Downstairs is a Studio Unit with kitchenette, bathroom & patio (photos to come). The studio has external access only.
All bedrooms & lounge area have ceiling fans.
The studio unit & upstairs lounge both have aircon which are operated with a "pay as you use" coin machine. A 2 dollar NZ coin gives 1.5 hours of operation (we have coins available to purchase)
Due to the elevated property and pool, the property is only suitable for children 8 years old and over.
