The home of Chocolate House Boutique Hotel has a very special 'feel' about it. You enter the B&B and immediately feel at home. The house has withstood many hundreds of major and minor quakes and, God willing, is built to be standing fully intact for ever.

It's an old-world neighborhood in a modern city; full of Castles or Palaces and huge Family Homes, situated high above Viña, yet close to the City.
