The team consists of more than 30 staff members, including operations, customer service, engineering, housekeeping, and concierge, ensuring standardized service processes to deliver a consistently high-quality experience for every guest。

Neighbourhood information

The room is located on Fuzhou Road, adjacent to People's Square - the "heart of Shanghai". There are up to 6 subway lines, and it is within walking distance to museums, Nanjing East Road Commercial Street, and the Bund. Night tour of Huangpu River is one of the classic experiences to experience the charm of Shanghai's magic city. The lights on both sides are dazzling, and the Bund's international architectural complex and the Lujiazui skyscraper complement each other.
