We have been hosting properties in Medellin and Guatape for over 11 years and have been involved I the Latin American Travel and Tourism industry or 20 years.

Property information

Epic Mansion, nothing like it in Guatape. Completed in 2024 built of concrete and glass, with few neighbors, privacy, and all the amenities one could want. Ideal for group gatherings, events, parties use as you wish. Studio Suites, the individual rooms at this mansion are huge and can fit up to 30 persons which can also be rented separately without the need to rent the entire Mansion for a personal gathering or event.

Neighbourhood information

Less a then a mile to the Rock of Penol and Downtown guests have convenient access to stay on property or move about the pueblo without that fear of being stranded at night. Walk to most important destinations without the need for hired transportation.
