Looking to go to the center of town quick and easy to explore but want a quiet relaxing comfortable place to lounge around and watch movies at night after the long days of exploring? This is a gorgeous Spanish Colonial-style loft. Spacious master bedroom with a comfortable bed, and the perfect size kitchen for preparing meals or making a quick snack.
I was born and raised in Brazil. At 19, I received a full scholarship to Cologne Business School in Germany. After my studies, I embarked to Costa Rica, where I opened and operated a popular restaurant, and later entered real estate. After building a successful career at Century 21 Realty and Hidden Coast Realty, I launched my own real estate company, Rosie's Investments, quickly garnering a reputation as a top real estate firm in Guanacaste.
