Welcome to Buena Vista Ocean View Apartments, located at Santa Teresa North, the best section of our beach to spend your holidays! This apartment is located high above the beach tree-line and only 250 meters from the beach, so we have an amazing view: you can relax, watch the sunset and listen to the ocean from your private terrace, refresh at the pool, surf at La Lora break (300 meters from our driveway), walk down to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets or shops anytime! This is the place! Important notes: - The property is located 180 meters from the main road, 100 meters are fairly flat gravel road and 80 meters are a steep concrete road that requires a 4x4 vehicle with differential lock or low-gear. We recommend a car no bigger than a Toyota Prado or 4-Runner. - Most of our guests walk during their stay (park in the public road or don't rent a vehicle), but if you want a parking spot, you need to reserve it with us, we'll confirm according to availability! - This is a self-checkin property with no front desk, we'll contact you after your reservation for you to pay via credit card or wire transfer.

We are located in Santa Teresa North, 180 meters up the hill from the main road. Beach is located at 250 meters from the property. La Lora Surf Break is located about 400 meters from the property. From our crossroad, there are at least 5 restaurants in less than 100 meters, 2 supermarkets in less than 500 meters. I love this location, you are very well located, but not in the noisy main road!
