The plant-lined yard boasts a turquoise pool and gas grill. When you need a break from the sun, head inside where you'll quickly feel at home amidst the open-concept layout, partial air-conditioning, and modern amenities. As the chef of your group shows off their skills in the full kitchen, sit back and enjoy the living room's ultra-comfy sofa and large smart TV. The home's effortless comfort extends into both of the bedrooms and to other key amenities like a private washer/dryer and internet access. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 18 years of age to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
