Lovely blue Art Deco house by the sea, surrounded by a private trees garden. At 100 meters of Sàmara Beach, five minutes walk to the sandy beach. You will enjoy the light breeze and the peacefulness of the area. Any stress, any speed, only tranquility and quiet time. Down town , 2 minutes walk from any convenience (restaurants, super markets, shops, banks, car, wildlife tours etc.) The house is composed on the ground floor of two private apartments for 3 people, King and Queen Apartments and at the bottom of the garden the King Studio. You will find us on the second floor. We are here in order to maintain this little paradise. You will have a great time visiting, tanning, surfing, and tasting the delicate Costa Rican cuisine !

We are young French retirees who came to enjoy the sweetness of Costa Rica. After years working in France, we decided to leave Europe and find a place for retiring. We Bought the house this last August. We felt in love of this tiny and lovely house, full of good vibes. We named it Casa Maiana. The house caught our eyes with its bright and peaceful sea color. We are happy to welcome you to our new home. You are free to enjoy the place on your own, all apartments are fully equipped with high-speed wifi, air conditioning, hot water and windows with mosquito nets. The apartment is in center of Samara calle Lagarto at 200 meters behind the chino Market and 200 meters before restaurant Las Olas. All the supermarket , bank and all stores and accommodations are at walking distance to the house .
