Traditional tico cottage. A modest, cosy dwelling, located in the beautiful valley of Santa María de Dota.
Citrus, papaya and avocado trees in the garden.
The house is near to the towns centrum (3 min. walk) and to public transportation. Close to local restaurants, bars, grosery stores and bank.
The house has been recently renovated keeping the traditional exterior.
