If you're seeking convenience, the town is just a short 5 to 10-minute drive from the condominium, allowing easy access to the vibrant atmosphere, local attractions, and dining options. The nearest supermarket is only minutes away, ensuring you have everything you need at your fingertips. Please note that to access the condo complex, you need to pass through a short distance where the road is not paved. Overall, the road conditions are good, but there is a small unpaved section just before reaching the hill that leads upward. During the rainy season, this area can develop some holes, so if you are driving through, you'll need to go slowly. The complex can be reached by any type of car, and this section of road does not require a 4x4. However, it may be a minor inconvenience for some guests.
