We have 11 studio apartments on two floors, all available for short term rental. All apartments are accessible by elevator or stairs. Everything about them is new; the floors, walls, bathrooms, kitchenettes and furniture. Maintenance is frequent. All apartments have independent AC units (heating/cooling), independent hot water tank, walk-in shower rooms with WC, sink & heated towel rails, comfortable furniture and beds. All windows are new triple glazed for better sound insulation, with external roller blinds for total light blackout.
Our standard studios (No. 4, 5, 6 & 7) have kitchenettes that are equipped with a mini fridge/ freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, plates, cutlery, glasses and basic kitchen equipment (no oven or hobs but there is a common kitchen with oven and hobs for people who feel like cooking). There are minor differences between the 4 standard studios but the overall theme and size is the same, irrespective of which one you get.
In addition we have a large one bedroom apartment with a balcony (no. 3), a large studio apartment with a balcony and a separate fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine (No. 1) and a small studio apartment with full cooking facilities (No. 2). On the first floor we have 3 one-bedroom apartments with balcony and fully equipped kitchen and a large studio apartment with a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen.
Please note that the cleaning fee on your bill is a one-off fee to cover the cleaning cost so that you arrive at a clean apartment. It does not mean that we clean every day.
For stays under one week we will not clean in between unless we are asked by the guest. In that event the fee is fifteen euros/time and subject to availability.
For stays over one week in coordination with the guest we will offer complementary cleaning in a way that it works about once a week.
Hi I'm George and my background is property development and hospitality. I used to build and sell properties mainly in Nicosia and for about 6 years I was also the owner of a successful bar/restaurant. In 2020 I decide to pull those experiences together and started Angel Suites.
With the help of my brother Greg I also run a successful B&B site in a coastal region of Greece with 14 units
We are strategically located right in the city centre and business district of Nicosia so there is a lot to do within a short walking distance. Our apartments have access to two streets, the newly renovated Makarios avenue which is the high street and Stasikratous street which has also been recently fully renovated and is now one of the loveliest areas in the city with boutique shops and high-end shops.
You will find an abundance of coffee shops, bars and restaurants all around us. Hairdressers, barbers, nail salons, Spas and other types of health and beauty centres are also within easy reach. Being downtown makes it easier to shop for yourself or for gifts; within walking distance you will find an array of options on clothing, shoes, cosmetics, jewellery, toys etc. For people who are looking for some food shopping, there is a convenience store on the ground floor of our building. There is also the option of the Constantinides Bakery which is just around the corner, opposite the 360 tower, offering cakes, pies, cookies etc. For a more extensive shopping, try the MAS Green Tree Supermarket which is about 1 km away on a straight line from the main traffic lights.
Nicosia is split into, the old and new parts; the two are divided by the ancient Venetian walls. Eleftheria square, a Zaha Hadid project, is the place where the old and the new connect and it's only an eight-minute walk from the Angel suites. Pass through the square and experience the old town with traditional taverns, street vendors, craftsmen and much more.
