Our Company was established in Larnaca, Cyprus, 7 years ago and has been successfully offering short term accommodation services on Airbnb. Kateryna, who is the General Manager of the Company, is living in Larnaca, so she is always available to assist you and make sure that you enjoy your holidays. We are currently successfully managing 30 properties in Larnaca beach area and 1 villa in Protaras area. Our mission is for all our guests to have enjoyable relaxing time staying at our properties and to feel free to contact us whenever they need to.

The apartment is located in the tourist Makenzy Area. Only 7 minutes drive to Larnaca International Airport. Within walking distance to a fishing marina, the promenade, Larnaca Marina, City Centre, shops and a variety of entertainment facilities.. The Apartment features free high speed WiFi and free parking. The property is located near the famous Aliki Salt lake and the Halan Sultan Mosque. A 32' flat-screen cable-TV is available to guests at Apartment, along with a fully equipped kitchen with a toaster, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, stove and kitchenware. Complimentary toiletries, quality mattresses and bed-linen along with bath towels are available. Guests will find cafés, a diving school and a bicycle path near the apartment. Within just 10 minutes walking radius you can find yourself to the city center where all the shops are, you can go to Finikoudes beach for a swim and a coffee, or you can head to the McKenzie beach where beach bars are, and enjoy your favorite cocktails. While the sun sets, take a 2 minute walk to idyllic harbor and enjoy the smell of fresh fish and the cool sea breeze.
