Inside living space is 65sqm, a covered veranda 12sqm facing the Pentadaktylos mountain, and a big patio semi covered with a tent facing a panoramic view of Nicosia City. You have the entire apartment available, with full privacy as you do not share any common areas. The big balcony, equipped with an outdoor dinner table, connected with the living room gives an air of much bigger space. Bright and airy. KITCHEN: fully equipped with cooking pots, cutlery, plates and water & wine glasses, plus a Nespresso, kettle, toaster & microwave. LIVING ROOM SPACE: A comfortable corner sofa, coffee tables, a full body mirror & a smart 55inches TV with free access to Netflix BEDROOM: Comfortable queen size bed (150cmX200cm), mattress of the best quality and comfort with four soft pillows are offered. Side tables with a lamp. Black out curtains and Big wardrobe space. BATHROOM: Shower with protected glass, body soap, Shampoo, conditioner and hand liquid included. Of course towels are offered. The apartment features all comforts such as AC in all rooms, free wifi, clothing washing machine and dry rack, hair dryer, clothing iron and board Check-in is after 04:00pm and check-out is before 11:00am, but we are flexible according to the availability. Located between engomi and agios dometios area at South Nicosia (Greek part of Cyprus). Just a breath away from student halls and Nicosia Uni, very close, walking distance to Engomi mall, many clothing shops, coffee shops and restaurants. There is nothing you may search near and not be able to find. Near a busy area but at the same time also quiet due to its orientation. All you may need can be found around the area. Hairdresser, Gym, walking path, supermarket, banks. All you need with easy access to all. Very close to Nicosia Uni and C2 Casino. Easy to travel by car to Makariou Avenue and Stasikratous street and the old town Ledras. The best way to travel around is rent a car as public transportation in Cyprus is not so popular. Just have in kind there are busy traffic hours in Nicosia, so I suggest to download waze app to show you the best and faster way to travel from place to places around! If you are not familiar to drive on the left side, you may choose to get around in taxi as well.
