Nestled in the serene and picturesque surroundings of Softades, our villas offer a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Here, you can enjoy the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and privacy.

Neighbourhood information

Waterfront location, with access to the beach in 300 meters, in a serene environment around green fields,8 minutes by car from the village of Kiti. There is also a beach bar in around 500 meters which offers the option of kite surfing classes along with some drinks and snacks. There are several roads a guest can take either to continue across the beach or heading to the village of Kiti or the city of Larnaca. All locations are accessible and guests have their private garages in every villa that can fit two to three vehicles.
