Our home is an opportunity to go back in time and live in a historic traditional Cypriot house. We have retained some elements but added modern elements to make it as comfortable as possible to live and work in. Each guest will have the privacy of their own cosy room. And thanks to the large common area (kitchen and lounge), you will always have the opportunity to socialise with other guests of the house, where you can prepare your own meals, sit by the fireplace or work on your laptop at the table or on the sofa. We also have a large orange tree in the yard, from which we sometimes all make marmalade together.
After working for over 4 years in the startup world and 11 years as an entrepreneur, I realised that I only want to create something that benefits other people, otherwise I'm not interested. I believe that the concept of coliving can make our world a little happier and I see a great future in it!
The mountain village of Lefkara is world famous for its traditional crafts, specialising in fine lace embroidery and intricate silver filigree work.
Leonardo da Vinci, the famous Renaissance painter, visited Lefkara at the end of the 16th century (so legend has it).
During his trip, he acquired a large tablecloth decorated on all sides with embroidery and eventually donated it to Milan Cathedral.
The good thing about Lefkara is that at weekends there are many tourists and there is always something to do. On weekdays the village is quiet and peaceful.
The locals are very friendly and welcoming to all visitors and are happy to chat with anyone. Also, more and more foreigners are coming to the village, so you can easily make new friends.
