Stunning 5 bed villa with pretty, south-facing garden, 10x5m private pool and lovely sea views. Located within walking distance of the Resort village centre. Bedrooms: Two double rooms and three twin rooms (two of which can be made as doubles if required). Ground floor twin room (en suite with modern walk-in shower), mezzanine double and twin room share bathroom with walk-in shower. Master double and third twin located on 1st floor, each with en suite bathrooms (with modern walk-in showers). Full Description: Villa Calantha is a beautiful, spacious, modern villa in a great area of the Resort; perched at the top of the west plateau, south-facing, with lovely sea views and gardens that benefit from all day sun Within the beautiful, spacious garden there is lots of outdoor space with a 10x5m private pool (heating available at extra cost), dining table, sunbeds, gas BBQ and outdoor food prep area. The garden is on one level, great for kids and a table tennis table is provided. The villa is spread across three floors with a vaulted ceiling, giving a light and spacious feel to the ground floor which features the modern living area, separate kitchen (well equipped, with dishwasher and Nespresso coffee maker) and dining area. The living area has a fireplace, comfortable sofa and opens out to the large patio, overlooking the poolside terrace. There is a large Smart TV with comprehensive TV system with international sports and movie channels with playback option. The bedrooms are modern and spacious; 2 are doubles and 3 are twins (2 of which can be made up as doubles if required). There are 4 modern bathrooms between the five rooms (with modern walk-in showers). Villa Calantha is fully air-conditioned, has central heating, free, reliable wi-fi and a travel cot & high chair if required. Just a 10 minute drive either side of the Resort are the traditional, picturesque villages of Kouklia and Pissouri, both ideal locations for taking in the local culture in the pretty village squares. Restaurants and bars are plentiful in both villages and offer a true Cypriot experience!
