Villa Pyrinas is a fully renovated villa with 8x4m private pool that enjoys beautiful views of the golf club and driving range. Golfer’s paradise. Bedrooms: one double (adjacent with walk-in shower) on the ground floor, two rooms (one double and one twin) located on first floor, sharing bathroom (with bath & overhead shower) and balcony. Full Description: Villa Pyrinas enjoys a golfer’s paradise location on the Resort; open the outside terrace gate and you can hop on to the putting green! The terrace and interiors have recently been fully renovated giving the villa a fresh, modern feel throughout. The villa boasts a private 8x4m pool (with heating available), has a built-in BBQ area (with gas BBQ) with bar & stools, sunbeds and dining table. The ground floor is open plan with the kitchen overlooking the dining area and lounge. The kitchen is fully fitted, complete with dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The lounge has a comfortable sofa and a huge flat screen smart TV with a comprehensive TV system with International sports and movie channels with playback option. The décor is modern and stylish, with feature walls and beautiful touches. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor that has patio doors that open out to the pool terrace – it has use of the ground floor bathroom which has a lovely walk-in shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (one double, and one twin – that can be configured as a double if required), that share a balcony that has beautiful golf views, and a bathroom that has a bath with overhead shower. The upstairs double room has a Smart TV with streaming services such as Netflix.
