The villa itself is a beautiful three bedroom villa set all on one level, with great outside terraces, private pool and roof terrace (with table tennis table and distant sea views). Villa Madelini is a lovely well-furnished property, it also benefits from a pool safety gate making it great for families with kids. The villa has a large open plan living and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped (including a Nespresso coffee machine). Patio doors lead out from this area to the spacious outdoor eating area with built in BBQ. The two twin bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower unit and the double master bedroom is en-suite with a bath and overhead shower. The master bedroom opens out to the patio and pool area. Villa Madelini has great outdoor space with the patio on the ground floor level being furnished with seating, dining table & chairs and sunbeds. This pool is on the lower patio which is gated for child safety. You also have a great spacious south facing roof terrace upstairs with the added benefit of a table tennis table. Just a 10 minute drive either side of the Resort are the traditional, picturesque villages of Kouklia and Pissouri, both ideal locations for taking in the local culture in the pretty village squares. Restaurants and bars are plentiful in both villages and offer a true Cypriot experience!
